ARC NSW Branch course cancellation and refund policy:

In case of cancellations within 4 weeks of the course date, the full course fee will be charged unless a suitable substitute can be found to fill the vacancy. Penalties may apply if this is not possible.

If you are applying for a refund outside the 4 week period then you should be able to gain a full refund or reschedule the course to another date. Your course date may be rescheduled to the next available course for ARC NSW Branch, please note this may not always be your 1st choice.
